Save your first post
Open Instagram or TikTok, tap the share icon on any post, and choose Kliplio from the share sheet. That's it. No copying links, no switching apps.
Organise and search
Add posts to folders (like "Recipes" or "Travel ideas"), then use full-text search to find anything instantly. Kliplio has already read the captions, audio, and on-screen text for you.
What types of posts can I save?
Kliplio works with Instagram and TikTok posts, including reels, carousels and single image posts. Save via the iOS share sheet on any post in the native app.
How does Kliplio read my posts?
When you save a post, Kliplio automatically reads the caption, transcribes any spoken audio, and pulls out on-screen text from slides and images. All of it becomes searchable in your library.
What is a Digest?
A Digest is a structured, readable document Kliplio generates from everything in a folder. It groups your saved posts by topic, surfaces key themes, and gives you a summary you can actually use, like having someone go through your saves for you.
What are credits?
Credits pay for reading your posts and making Digests. Free accounts get 200 credits once, to try Kliplio. The Monthly and Annual plans give you 1,000 credits every month from the date you subscribe, and unused monthly credits don't roll over. The table below shows what each action costs.
How do I create a folder?
Tap the + button on the Folders screen, give it a name, and it appears in your library immediately. You can move posts into folders from the post detail view or via long-press.
Can I search across all my posts?
Yes. The search bar at the top of your library searches caption text, audio transcriptions, and on-screen text across every post you've saved, not just titles or tags.
Does Kliplio download my videos?
No. Kliplio saves the link to the original post and extracts the text. The video or image stays on Instagram or TikTok. If the original post is deleted, the link will stop working, but your extracted text stays in your library.
What are the Monthly and Annual plans?
They are our paid plans: Monthly is £4.99 a month and Annual is £35.99 a year. Both give you 1,000 credits every month and let you buy top-ups of 500 credits for £2.99 when you need more. Top-up credits never expire. Manage your subscription in iOS Settings > Subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find Kliplio, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your plan continues until the end of the current billing period.
The share sheet isn't showing Kliplio
Open Kliplio once after installing. This registers the share extension. If it still doesn't appear, tap "More" in the share sheet, scroll down and enable Kliplio in the list. Restarting your iPhone can help too.
Extraction seems stuck or shows an error
Some posts take a minute or two to extract, especially audio. If a post is stuck for more than 5 minutes, try pulling to refresh in your library. If it still looks wrong, open the post's menu and choose Report a problem, or email us the post link and we'll look into it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings inside the Kliplio app and tap Delete Account. Your account and all data are permanently deleted within 30 days. This cannot be undone.
